STOTT PILATES Matwork not only complements your Yoga practice but creates longer, leaner muscles, heightens core strength and spinal stability, produces better posture, sports performance, and general well-being. We will be using a Fitness Circle in this workshop to heighten mind-body awareness and increase resistance. Workshop clients must be able to get up and down to/from the floor, and in general good health. Please wear comfortable but fitted clothing so that teacher may check your body’s alignment.
